The team here has been built of the back of over 50 years of combined industry experience and expertise. All the team have all been part of small, mid-sized and large window and door fenestration companies, and have seen first hand the pitfalls and challenges of different sized organisations.

We believe we have the most optimum sized model here at Living Aluminium to delivery first class customer service, product range and most importantly quality of installation. The industry has a growing shortage of high quality installers and larger organisations with growing order books are desperate to recruit. With the lack of quality installers available the standards are lowered and the next tier of installers are engaged.

This is where quality of workmanship, attention to detail and the lack of control comes into play. A company with anything over 5 installation teams are at the mercy of the installer to deliver the promises of the company.

Without installations being checked through a QC process, basics as simple as good practice will suffer. Even high end, big brand products fitted badly are a wasted investment.

Here at Living Aluminium we have a smaller team, from point of sale to installation. All the members in our company have both share options and a financial vested interest in the business. Even our installations team. Similar to the John Lewis model, everyone involved has a share in the company. The differences are notable.
